Tura Rewards Program Rules

These guidelines for the Tura Advantage Rewards Program describe eligibility requirements; earning, and using Tura Rewards Points, and other conditions and limitations. Please read this document carefully. Orders of any Tura product placed through the website, phone or fax will constitute acknowledgment of, and agreement with each of the terms of the Tura Rewards Program and the terms described below. TAR is a voluntary program and registration is optional. Registering for this program in no way obligates an account to purchase from Tura.

1. The Tura Rewards Program, herein referred to as TAR, is issued and administered by TURA L.P. TAR is provided for the benefit of those persons who have a Tura Account in good standing.

2. Tura reserves the right to cancel this program at any time (discontinue point accrual) with or without notice, while allowing ample time for point redemptions no less than 12 weeks.

3. To be eligible to participate in TAR and enjoy all of its benefits, you must: (a) maintain an open account with Tura and be in good financial standing (not having an open Accounts Receivable balance over 60 days and not having a recent history of credit problems), (b) must have discounts no greater than 12.5% and (c) be 18 years or older and a citizen of the United States or reside within the U.S.

4. If an Account is terminated, TURA may, at its discretion, issue a new account number to the Account. This replacement account will not provide the Account with access to any benefit provided under the TAR Program.

5. Accounts may begin earning TAR Points once they have registered for TAR on the TAR website and have received their TAR Account activation email.

6. Tura Rewards Points may be earned and redeemed only if the Account is in good standing (that is, open and with purchasing privileges).

7. Each Account shall be eligible to earn Rewards Points for website, phone or fax purchase transactions. Earn ten (10) TURA Rewards Points for each frame unit ordered by website, phone or fax.

8. Orders taken by a Tura Sales Rep are not eligible to accrue points.

9. Ten (10) points will be deducted from Accounts point balance for the return of frame(s) that originally earned points. If an Account does not have any points when returning a frame(s) and have redeemed a gift(s) in the past, a negative point balance will occur. Negative point balances will be offset as the Account re-orders more frame units.

10. TURA Rewards Points may not be redeemed for cash and may not be used as payment for any obligation(s) to TURA.

11. TURA Rewards Points are not transferable.

12. TURA reserves the right to suspend point accrual, disqualify Accounts without notice, if Accounts credit status becomes unsatisfactory, at the sole discretion of Tura.

13. Point balance information can be referenced on the TAR website when logged in. Tura Rewards Points are considered earned and available for use only when they appear in the system. Allow at least seven (7) days from the date of transaction for Tura Rewards Points to appear in the System.

14. Reward points stop accruing 12 months from the date of activation. Redemption privileges will be void 15 months from the date of activation. Expiration dates can be referenced on the TAR website when logged in.

15. For questions pertaining to point balances, contact Tura Customer Service 800-242-TURA (8872). All questions regarding the earning of TURA Rewards Points will be addressed and resolved by TURA. All discrepancies concerning TURA Rewards Points must be brought to the attention of TURA within six (6) months from the date of the transaction for which the adjustment is sought.

16. Tura Rewards Points may be used to redeem reward gifts. Accounts may browse and redeem reward gifts on the TAR website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A description of each reward gift and the number of TURA Rewards Points required to obtain it will be posted with each reward item. All Reward selections are subject to availability. TURA reserves the right to substitute Rewards of equal or greater value or add or remove Rewards at any time without notice.

17. Rewards are available to Accounts who are in good standing. Accounts must have the necessary number of TURA Rewards Points when placing an order for redemption of a Reward. All TURA Rewards Point deductions are made at the time of order. At the time the Reward is issued or purchased, the Account’s TURA Rewards Points will be reduced by the number of TURA Rewards Points required to obtain the Reward(s).

18. While the Account may designate anyone as the user of any Reward, by default, all Reward Gifts will be sent to the address the TAR Account verifies during the TAR registration from the website. Only standard shipping (Ground UPS) is available. No express delivery. The Account’s address must include a street address; APO/FPO/PO Box addresses are not accepted. Items redeemed can be shipped only within the 50 United States.

19. TURA shall NOT be responsible or bear liability for disagreements between Accounts and authorized users concerning the use of TURA Rewards Points to obtain Rewards.

20. All redemptions are final. Rewards may not be refunded, exchanged, replaced, or converted for currency, credit, other TURA Rewards Points, or Rewards. There are no refunds, exchanges, replacements or conversions for currency, credit, other TURA Rewards Points, or Rewards for no-shows or unused portions of Rewards.

21. Once a Reward has been issued, if the value of any transaction(s), which resulted in earning the TURA Rewards Points which were used to redeem for the Reward is either refunded, credited, or otherwise rescinded, TURA reserves the right to bill the Account the value of the redeemed gift(s) plus cost of shipping.

23. Tura shall not be liable for bodily injuries (including death) or damages, or losses of any kind resulting from participation in this program or acceptance of or use or misuse of any reward.

24. TURA reserves the right to modify or cancel the program without prior notification. TURA may change the Program rules, benefits, terms of participation or TURA Rewards Point levels, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. TURA may limit, modify, or cancel any Reward, or increase the number of TAR Rewards Points required for any Reward, even though such changes may affect the accrual or values of TAR Points or Rewards. This means that TAR Point levels may be increased or Rewards changed so that an Account cannot obtain certain Rewards.

25. If your TAR Account shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, you may lose your accrued TAR points, and, as a result of this activity, Tura may close your TAR Account immediately. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, Tura reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and may have grounds to confiscate any rewards redeemed as a result of such activity. In addition, you may be liable for monetary losses to Tura, including litigation costs and damages. If your TAR Account does not represent the correct number of TAR points that you should have been awarded as determined by Tura, Tura reserves the right to adjust your point balance. If you have been awarded TAR points in error or if you believe your TAR Account has been the subject of any suspicious activity, please contact the Tura immediately.

26. Violations of these Guidelines under these terms by an Account may result in liability for damages, termination of Program eligibility, loss of TAR Points and revocation of issued but unused points. Nothing in these Guidelines shall limit Tura in the exercise of any other legal or equitable rights or remedies.

27. The offer is not available where prohibited by law.

28. Determination and payment of any tax liability associated with participation in the Program is the sole responsibility of the Account.

Points and Expiration
All point values are subject to change without notice. In the event of an erroneously published point value, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the points.
